Course Overview
Step 3 of the ABAM certification program is designed for physicians and dentists who have completed Steps 1 and 2 and are ready to further their expertise in Anti-Aging Medicine and Regenerative Medicine. This final training phase focuses on advanced techniques for facial contouring, nonsurgical skin tightening, body contouring, and regenerative medicine applications. Participants will learn how to perform advanced dermal filler injections, including temple augmentation, jawline shaping, chin augmentation, and hand injections. Additionally, the course will cover varicose vein treatments using sclerotherapy, nonsurgical skin tightening methods like radiofrequency and ultrasound, and body contouring and fat removal procedures such as cryolipolysis, ultrasound cavitation, RF, and Kybella. A key component of this course is the introduction to regenerative medicine, which includes bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), stem cell therapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Participants will also gain essential knowledge in evaluating the aging patient, understanding the female hormonal system, and learning about stem cell functions and harvesting. The course delves into the principles of nutrition, fitness, and how they relate to anti-aging treatments. By the end of Step 3, participants will be equipped with the advanced knowledge necessary to offer comprehensive anti-aging solutions to their patients. A Certificate in Anti-Aging Medicine will be awarded upon successful completion. This course is ideal for those looking to expand their current practice with cutting-edge anti-aging and regenerative medicine techniques. CE/CME credits are available, and live models will be used for hands-on practice. Products are provided for training, ensuring a full hands-on experience.
