Course Overview
The Beginner Botox & Filler course at The Aesthetic Academy is designed for licensed medical professionals who are new to aesthetic injectables and want a solid foundation in both theory and practice. This course covers critical topics including facial anatomy, patient assessment, pharmacology, consultation techniques, safe injection protocols, and the management of potential complications. Training includes hands-on experience with live models, giving you the opportunity to perform injections under direct supervision in a real-world setting. This ensures you leave with the confidence and skills to begin offering these treatments in your own practice. Participants earn 8 CE (continuing education) hours, including 2 hours of pharmacology. Product is not included in the course fee, but it is available at cost. You may choose to either purchase product for your model or have your model cover that expense. Courses are held at The Aesthetic Academy’s facility in Powell, Ohio. Class sizes are intentionally small, with private sessions or groups capped at 8 participants to ensure focused, personalized instruction. There are no prerequisites beyond holding an active medical license.
