Course Overview
Botulinum Toxin A Training at Esthetic Skin Institute is a one-day, in-person, hands-on certification course designed for licensed medical professionals who want to build or strengthen their skills in cosmetic neurotoxin injections. It covers FDA-approved products including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Daxxify®
There is a comprehensive lecture covering the history of botulinum toxin, mechanism of action, safety and efficacy, dosing, dilution, and facial anatomy. It emphasizes safe, effective treatment planning for upper-face areas including glabellar lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines, bunny lines, and brow lifts. The course also introduces off-label uses such as hyperhidrosis treatment and dental applications.
In the afternoon, participants receive supervised hands-on training with live models. ESI maintains a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure personalized instruction and confidence-building experience.
This course is open to MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, RNs, LPNs, and dentists. It is ideal for beginners or practitioners looking to refresh and formalize their training.
