Course Overview
The Dermal Filler Level 1 Course at DCCM Academy is a comprehensive in-person training for medical professionals seeking certification in mid-facial dermal filler treatments. This intensive 10-hour course focuses on FDA-approved techniques for cheek augmentation using premium products like Juvéderm®, Restylane®, RHA®, and Revanesse®, with all injectables provided for hands-on practice. Participants will spend the morning mastering facial anatomy, product selection, and safety protocols through didactic sessions, followed by afternoon hands-on training with live patient models. Under the guidance of expert instructor Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, you'll perform complete mid-facial treatments from consultation through injection, gaining confidence in technique and complication management. The course requires an active New Hampshire medical license or compact state license. This training awards 10 CME/CE credits upon completion and includes a detailed course manual for future reference. Small class sizes ensure personalized attention during the live model injections, with each participant receiving their own model and ample product to complete full treatments. Business strategies for pricing and marketing aesthetic services are also covered.
