Course Overview
The Foundations Course in Henrico, Virginia, offered by the InjectAbility® Institute, is a comprehensive training program tailored for licensed medical professionals—MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, and RNs—who are new to aesthetic injectables or seeking to enhance their foundational skills. This course provides in-depth instruction on upper face neuromodulators and lower face dermal fillers, emphasizing facial anatomy, the physiology of facial muscles, causes of aging, safety parameters, and strategies for avoiding and managing complications. Participants will engage in personalized, one-on-one hands-on training, utilizing live models to practice injection techniques under expert supervision
A detailed Training and Reference Manual is included to support ongoing learning. The course offers 8 Contact Education Units (CEUs) upon completion. There are no prerequisites beyond holding a valid medical license and current malpractice coverage. Participants are encouraged to bring their own models for the hands-on sessions; however, models can be provided for an additional fee.
