Course Overview
The Cosmetic Laser & Light Therapies Training Course is an intensive, one-day program designed for professionals who want to incorporate laser and light-based treatments into their practice. This hands-on course covers essential medical foundations necessary to safely and effectively perform laser and light therapy procedures. Participants will learn about skin typing, preparation techniques for laser resurfacing, treatment of complications, and identifying contraindications. The course provides in-depth training on ablative and non-ablative laser techniques, including Fractionated Lasers, Hair Removal Lasers, Intense Pulse Light (IPL) devices, and photodynamic therapy. Additionally, laser physics, skin and hair anatomy, and practical advice on purchasing lasers will be discussed. The course includes live demonstrations and hands-on instruction, with all materials provided. A Certificate of Cosmetic Laser will be awarded upon completion. The course is available on an individualized or small group basis, with a 10% discount for groups of two or more. CE/CME credits are available.
