Course Overview
The Sclerotherapy training course is a one-day program designed for medical professionals, including MDs, DOs, NPs, RNs, PAs, DDS, and DMDs. This course focuses on the minimally invasive procedure of treating unwanted veins, specifically targeting spider and reticular veins. The course begins with an intensive didactic session covering venous anatomy, physiology, patient evaluation, treatment plans, complications, and the types of sclerosants used. During the hands-on clinical training, participants will perform client evaluations, create treatment plans, and administer Asclera® injections under instructor supervision. Live models and products, including Asclera®, will be provided, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. The small class size (maximum of 8 attendees) allows for individualized attention, ensuring each participant gains practical skills. Upon completion, students will receive reference materials and a Certificate of Training.
