Course Overview
The Sclerotherapy Training course offered by the Esthetic Skin Institute (ESI) is a comprehensive one-day hands-on certification workshop designed for healthcare professionals seeking to expand their expertise in the treatment of telangiectasia and reticular veins.
The program begins with a morning didactic session covering the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of lower extremity and facial telangiectasias. Topics include vein identification, treatment considerations, injection techniques, sclerosing agents, and the use of lasers in vein therapy. Emphasis is placed on patient consultation, education, safety protocols, and the management of potential complications. The afternoon session features live demonstrations and hands-on practice with live models under expert supervision.
Products are provided during the training. Continuing medical education (CME) credits are available upon completion. There are no prerequisites for enrollment.
