Course Overview
The Sculptra Aesthetic course at The Aesthetic Academy is designed for licensed medical professionals who want to expand their skills with this unique, collagen-stimulating injectable. This course covers the science behind Sculptra, patient assessment, treatment planning, injection techniques, and how to achieve long-lasting, natural-looking results. You'll also learn about the appropriate indications for Sculptra, how to manage patient expectations, and the benefits of combining Sculptra with other injectable treatments. Participants will have the opportunity for hands-on training with live models, where they will practice the Sculptra injection technique under the guidance of expert instructors. This ensures you gain practical experience and confidence in performing treatments independently. The course provides 4 CE (continuing education) hours, including 1 hour of pharmacology. As with other courses, product is not included in the course fee but is available at cost. You may either purchase the product for your model or have the model cover the expense. Classes are held at The Aesthetic Academy’s facility in Powell, Ohio. Group sizes are capped at 8 participants, or private sessions are available to ensure personalized attention and hands-on practice.
