Introduction to Neuromodulators & Dermal Filler - Observation Only (Small Group)
The Introduction to Neuromodulators & Dermal Filler - Observation Only training is a 4-hour course designed for beginner injectors who want to build a strong foundation in injectable treatments. The training begins with a 1-hour didactic session led by expert injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN, where you'll learn the latest techniques, safety protocols, patient consultation practices, and the fundamentals of both neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments. Afterward, you'll observe Nicole as she performs neuromodulator and dermal filler injections on a model in a small group setting. This observation-only format allows you to learn by watching an experienced injector in action. Additionally, you’ll receive 6 months of mentorship, allowing you to ask questions and review patient cases for continued learning and growth. This training is ideal for beginner injectors who want to expand their knowledge and gain confidence in the world of aesthetic injectables.
Introduction to Neuromodulators & Dermal Filler - Enhanced (1:1)
The Aesthetic Academy’s injectable training courses are designed to elevate your skills as an aesthetic injector, offering hands-on and observational learning experiences led by expert instructor Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN. These courses cater to licensed medical professionals at all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The curriculum provides a solid foundation in injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with a focus on patient consultation, safety protocols, and the latest techniques. Each course includes live model practice, ensuring that you gain valuable, real-world experience. Participants will receive up to 50 units of neuromodulator and two syringes of dermal filler, along with all necessary medical supplies for training. After the course, you will also have access to six months of mentorship from Nicole Flammia to guide your progress as an injector. No prerequisites are required, but participants must have an active medical or nursing license.
Introduction to Neuromodulators & Dermal Filler (1:1)
This one-on-one introductory course in neuromodulators and dermal fillers is designed for medical professionals looking to build a strong foundation in aesthetic injections. Led by experienced injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN, the training combines didactic instruction with hands-on practice using live models to help you develop both the knowledge and technical skill required to safely and confidently begin offering injectable treatments. Over the course of this personalized, 4-hour training, you’ll learn how to assess facial anatomy, perform full-face evaluations, reconstitute and dose neuromodulators, and select and place dermal fillers for common treatment areas such as the lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds. The session also covers complication prevention and management, product selection, and patient consultation techniques. You’ll inject real models under Nicole’s direct supervision, with individualized coaching throughout. This course is ideal for new and early-career injectors who want an immersive, hands-on introduction to aesthetics in a low-pressure setting. No prior injectable experience is required, but attendees must be licensed medical professionals authorized to inject in their state. Products are provided for the training, and the course includes six months of follow-up mentorship with Nicole. CE/CME credits are not currently offered.
Advanced Lips (1:1)
Take your career as an Aesthetic Injector to the next level with our Advanced Lips Injector Training. This 4-hour, 1:1 training is designed for injectors who want to enhance their expertise in lip enhancement using dermal fillers. The training begins with a focused 1-hour didactic session, where you will learn the latest techniques, safety protocols, and the fundamental principles of lip filler treatments. Following the lecture, you will spend 3 hours in hands-on training, injecting 2-3 live models under the guidance of expert injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN. This session will allow you to practice a variety of lip injection techniques, personalized to your current skill level and goals. The course includes up to 3 syringes of dermal filler and all necessary medical supplies. After the training, you will receive 12 months of mentorship from Nicole Flammia, providing you with ongoing support and guidance as you continue to refine your skills. This course is ideal for providers of all experience levels who want to improve their lip filler techniques and expand their aesthetic practice.
Advanced Facial Balancing (1:1)
The Advanced Facial Balancing (1:1) course is designed for intermediate to advanced injectors who want to enhance their skills in balancing, slimming, and harmonizing the face using injectables. This 4-5 hour, one-on-one training will help you take your aesthetic career to the next level by providing hands-on experience with expert guidance. The training begins with a 1-hour didactic session, where you'll learn the latest techniques, safety protocols, and the fundamentals of facial balancing, tailored to your skill level and goals. Then you’ll spend 3-4 hours in hands-on training, injecting a model under the supervision of advanced injector Nicole Flammia, BSN, RN. During this session, you’ll practice various facial balancing, slimming, and harmonization techniques. Additionally, you will receive 12 months of direct mentorship to continue your learning and refine your skills. This program is ideal for experienced injectors with 3-5 years of experience and is personalized to fit your needs.
