This course is ideal for healthcare professionals who wish to expand their skill set and begin offering Botox and dermal filler treatments. Upon completion, you will receive certification and may be eligible for CE/CME credits.
Austin Tissue Filler Injectable Certification Course
The Tissue Filler Injectable Certification course at Texas Laser and Aesthetics Training Academy is an 8-hour in-person program designed to equip healthcare professionals with the fundamental skills necessary to offer hyaluronic acid tissue fillers in the mid-face and lips. The course begins with a 3-hour theoretical session led by experienced medical professionals, focusing on patient anatomy, vasculature, facial balance, and consultation techniques. Following the theoretical component, participants engage in hands-on practice by performing injections on live patients within a fully functioning med spa environment, with all necessary products provided by the academy. Eligibility for the hands-on component requires participants to be a Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Estheticians without a medical license may enroll to observe the hands-on procedures. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification acknowledging their training. All About Lips Masterclass
The "All About Lips Masterclass" is a one-day course designed for medical professionals, including Physicians (MD & DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses (RN), Physician Assistants (PA), and Dentists (DDS & DMD), looking to expand their expertise in lip enhancement and filler techniques. This comprehensive course combines both didactic instruction and hands-on training. The didactic portion covers the anatomy of the lips, various lip enhancement techniques, including Botox Lip Flip, Filler Lip Flip, Keyhole Pout, and more. You'll learn how to develop personalized treatment plans and understand injection safety, complications, and patient consultation for lip procedures. The hands-on portion of the course involves direct practice on a model, where you'll perform lip filler injections with personalized guidance from the instructor. Small class sizes ensure that each participant receives personalized attention throughout the day. Product is provided for the hands-on portion, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own models for the injection practice. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of training in "All About Lips" lip filler procedures. Models and one syringe of dermal filler are provided, and lunch is included.
All Day Injecting Course –– 1 day
The All Day Injecting Course offered by Derma Medical is an intensive one-day hands-on training designed for licensed medical professionals—including doctors, dentists, and nurses—who have completed foundational and advanced aesthetic injectable courses and seek to refine their skills through extensive practical experience. This course allows you to select two advanced procedures from options such as Kybella/Lipodissolve, Sculptra, Micro-Cannula, and off-label applications with Sculptra or Kybella. Designed for those with prior injectable experience, the training includes practical sessions with live models, giving you real-world experience under expert supervision. Note that products are not provided so participants are expected to bring their own materials. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized instruction and ample hands-on practice.
