Moxie partners are entrepreneurs: while we make it easier to build a successful business and most of our partners say they could not have done it without us, you are very much still the business owner, responsible for your success, and the ultimate decision maker.
Most Medical Directors in our network generally charge $650/mo for new Med Spas. That rate generally goes up to $1,000/mo after your business surpasses 100 clients/month. If you’re looking to offer services beyond injectables, facials, or laser offerings, the rate may start somewhat higher. For example, those offering PDO threads, semaglutide, or hormone therapy may start at a higher rate to be negotiated directly with your MD.
Not every Medical Director is comfortable overseeing every treatment – when deciding whether to move forward with a Medical Director, we recommend discussing treatments you’ll offer from day 1, and treatments you’ll likely add in your first year to ensure you find a good fit.
Yes – we don’t limit who we work with based on geography. We’re here to help every independent Med Spa owner who has potential realize their opportunity.
Moxie manages your paid marketing on Facebook and Instagram to drive new leads (within budgets that you approve) and provides lead nurturing tools to help you convert them to paying clients. For many of our partners, paid channels that we manage drive a majority of new clients! You’re responsible for field marketing in your area, running marketing events (though we’ll recommend events that work!), and posting to your own social media accounts. Once you’ve built an initial book of business, we will help you re-engage existing clients with text blasts and reminders.
We work to help our partners grow their practice overall, including supporting on cross-selling tactics, and thus charge against the full sales total.
We respond to most questions over text or email within a day, and promise responses within two business days. During launch and early growth phases, we generally meet with partners live on a weekly basis until we get to a point where that time is better spent seeing more clients! At that point we generally continue to meet live 1-2x/month to review business performance and discuss how to continue growing.
