This add-on offers a valuable opportunity to bridge theory and practice for those pursuing or acting in a medical director role. Completion of the online Medical Director Botox Clinical & Liability Course is a prerequisite.

Hands-On Dermal Filler Training Course

The Hands-On Dermal Filler Training Course at Injectables EDU offers medical professionals a comprehensive program to master dermal filler injections. This course provides both online and in-person training options, covering essential topics such as filler types, facial anatomy, patient assessment, and injection techniques for areas including cheeks, lips, jawline, and chin. The in-person sessions offer hands-on experience with live models under expert supervision, ensuring practical skill development. All necessary products are provided during the training. This education activity is pending approval by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners® for up to 5 contact hours of accredited education. There are no prerequisites, making it accessible to medical professionals at various stages of their careers.

Botox Injection Training for Nurses – Basic Botox and Business Course

The Basic Botox and Business course from Injectables EDU is designed for medical professionals—MDs, NPs, PAs, and RNs—who are looking to start or enhance their own Botox practice. This comprehensive program offers flexible learning options: an online-only course or a combination of online and in-person training. The curriculum covers best-practice injection techniques, including full-face training, as well as essential business strategies such as hosting mobile Botox parties, compliance considerations, and marketing tactics to attract new clients. Participants receive hands-on training with live models under expert supervision, with all necessary products provided during the sessions. The course includes access to injection maps and offers 6.35 Continuing Education (CE) hours accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). There are no prerequisites.

Botulinum Toxins & Dermal Fillers Level II

The Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Fillers Level II course, offered by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), is an advanced training program designed for medical professionals seeking to refine their skills in facial esthetic procedures. This comprehensive course provides in-depth instruction on advanced techniques for administering botulinum toxins and dermal fillers, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and expand treatment portfolios.  Participants will engage in hands-on training sessions under the supervision of experienced instructors, focusing on areas such as full-face and neck assessments, precision injection techniques, and the integration of these therapies into practice. The curriculum includes patient evaluation, anatomy review, treatment planning, and the application of advanced botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques. This course is ideal for dentists, physicians, nurses, and physician assistants who have prior experience with injectable therapies and wish to elevate their expertise. Participants are encouraged to bring their own model patients for the hands-on sessions, as models are not provided. All necessary products and supplies are available during the training. 

Basic BOTOX® & Dermal Filler Certification

The Basic BOTOX® and Dermal Filler Certification Class is an 8-hour, in-person training course designed for licensed medical professionals who want to begin offering injectable aesthetic treatments. This comprehensive course covers both botulinum toxins (such as BOTOX®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau®) and dermal fillers (including Juvederm®, Restylane®, Versa®, and RHA®). The day begins with a lecture that reviews the history and science behind neurotoxins and fillers, facial anatomy relevant to aesthetic injections, proper product selection, injection techniques, and patient consultation. It also addresses contraindications, safety considerations, and how to manage complications. This foundational knowledge is essential for providers entering the aesthetic space. In the afternoon, participants take part in a hands-on training session where they practice injections under the supervision of experienced instructors. This allows attendees to build confidence and apply what they’ve learned in a clinical setting. The course is open to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and dentists. It is suitable for beginners with no prior injection experience and includes the opportunity to earn CME credits.
